Abstract

The completed chloroplast genome of Blume () from Korea was determined in this study. The cpDNA is 35,230 bp in length and lacked the large and small single copy (LSC and SSC) regions, due to the lost inverted repeat (IR). The overall AT content is 73.30%, and the cpDNA contains 20 protein-coding genes, 5 tRNA genes, and 3 rRNA genes. Remarkably, the Korean cp genome was 74 bp smaller than that of the Chinese . It revealed substantial sequence variants 495 SNPs and 75 InDels between the two genomes.

本研究测定了来自韩国的Blume()完整叶绿体基因组。该叶绿体DNA(cpDNA)长度为35230 bp,由于反向重复序列(IR)缺失,缺少大单拷贝(LSC)和小单拷贝(SSC)区域。总体AT含量为73.30%,cpDNA包含20个蛋白质编码基因、5个tRNA基因和3个rRNA基因。值得注意的是,韩国的cp基因组比中国的cp基因组小74 bp。它揭示了两个基因组之间存在495个单核苷酸多态性(SNP)和75个插入缺失(InDel)的大量序列变异。
