Abstract

The complete mitochondrial genome was sequenced from the marine teleost fish . The genome sequence is 16,830 bp in size and has a base composition of A (29.25%), T (29.01%), C (20.7%), and G (21.03%). Moreover, 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs) encoded 3210 amino acids in total. The phylogenetic analysis showed that belongs to Synancejidae family. The complete mitochondrial genome sequences provided here would be useful for further understanding the evolution and conservation genetics of .

摘要

对一种海洋硬骨鱼的完整线粒体基因组进行了测序。该基因组序列大小为16,830 bp,碱基组成为A(29.25%)、T(29.01%)、C(20.7%)和G(21.03%)。此外,13个蛋白质编码基因(PCGs)总共编码3210个氨基酸。系统发育分析表明,其属于鲉科。这里提供的完整线粒体基因组序列将有助于进一步了解其进化和保护遗传学。
