We characterized the complete chloroplast genome sequence of , a collection from Halla Mountain in Jeju Island, Korea. The plants are utilized as edible functional plant species harbouring useful antioxidant compounds in family Asteraceae. assembly with whole genome sequencing data of completed the chloroplast genome of 151 133 bp long, which included two inverted repeats (IRs) blocks of 24 831 bp, separated by the large single-copy block of 83 238 bp and small single-copy block of 18 233 bp. The genome encoded 113 genes consisting of 80 protein-coding genes, 29 tRNA genes and 4 rRNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis with protein coding gene sequences of reported Asteraceae chloroplast genomes revealed a close relationship of with , a weed species world-widely distributed.
我们对采自韩国济州岛汉拿山的一种菊科植物的叶绿体全基因组序列进行了特征分析。该植物作为可食用的功能性植物物种,含有菊科中有用的抗氧化化合物。利用该植物的全基因组测序数据进行组装,完成了长度为151133 bp的叶绿体基因组,其中包括两个24831 bp的反向重复(IR)区域,被83238 bp的大单拷贝区域和18233 bp的小单拷贝区域隔开。该基因组编码113个基因,包括80个蛋白质编码基因、29个tRNA基因和4个rRNA基因。对已报道的菊科叶绿体基因组蛋白质编码基因序列进行系统发育分析,结果显示该植物与一种广泛分布于世界各地的杂草物种关系密切。
