The complete mitochondrial genome of was sequenced for the first time from its whole body using the next-generation sequencing method. This mitogenome was 14,508 base pairs in length, containing 13 protein-coding genes, 20 transfer RNA genes, and two ribosomal RNA genes. Its overall A, C, G, and T contents were 37.8, 17.8, 11.1, and 33.4%, respectively. Its A + T content (71.2%) was higher than G + C content. The phylogenetic result showed that although is a species of family Rhynchitidae, its phylogenetic position is closely related to family Attlabidae.
首次使用下一代测序方法对[物种名称]的全身线粒体基因组进行了测序。该线粒体基因组长度为14508个碱基对,包含13个蛋白质编码基因、20个转移RNA基因和两个核糖体RNA基因。其A、C、G和T的总体含量分别为37.8%、17.8%、11.1%和33.4%。其A+T含量(71.2%)高于G+C含量。系统发育结果表明,尽管[物种名称]是卷叶象鼻虫科的一个物种,但其系统发育位置与粗角象鼻虫科密切相关。
