Abstract

Previously, a pathogenic ciliate was isolated from the surface ulcer of a diseased Turbot ( L.) at an aquaculture farm in North China. After morphological and molecular biological identification based on 18rRNA, the ciliated was identified as the notorious scuticociliates (). In this study, the whole sequence of the mitochondrial genomic gene of was carried out. The sequencing results showed that the complete sequence of mitogenome was 38,375 bp. There were 2 rRNAs, 4 tRNAs, and 34 protein-coding genes (PCGs), respectively, located on both the heavy strand and the light stand. 15 PCGs were on the heavy strand, and 19 PCGs on the light strand. Besides, phylogenetic trees among 11 ciliates were constructed based on the sequences of 17 PCGs located in mitogenome using BI methods. The results of clustering showed that and was the first cluster belonging to the order Scuticociliatida. Our research results will further provide primary data for evolution and classified study of scuticociliates.

此前,在中国北方某水产养殖场的一条患病大菱鲆体表溃疡处分离出一种致病性纤毛虫。基于18rRNA进行形态学和分子生物学鉴定后,该纤毛虫被鉴定为臭名昭著的盾纤毛虫( )。在本研究中,对 的线粒体基因组基因进行了全序列测定。测序结果表明, 的有丝分裂基因组完整序列为38,375bp。分别有2个rRNA、4个tRNA和34个蛋白质编码基因(PCGs),分布在重链和轻链上。15个PCGs位于重链上,19个PCGs位于轻链上。此外,利用贝叶斯推断(BI)方法,基于有丝分裂基因组中17个PCGs的序列构建了11种纤毛虫的系统发育树。聚类结果表明, 和 是属于盾纤毛目(Scuticociliatida)的第一类群。我们的研究结果将进一步为盾纤毛虫的进化和分类研究提供基础数据。
