The volatile components of essential oil (EO), SPME, and SPME of solvent extracts ( -hexane, methanol, and water) obtained from fresh subsp. ( ) were analyzed by GC-FID/MS. EO of gave 11 compounds in the percentage of 99.97%; capronaldehyde (37.01%), 2-( )-hexenal (23.19%), and -nonanal (19.05%) were found to be major constituents. SPME GC-FID/MS analyses of fresh plant and solvent extracts of revealed 7, 12, 7, and 4 compounds within the range of 99.7% to 99.9%. Limonene (76.5%, 41.7%, and 61.3%) was the major compound in SPMEs of the -hexane and methanol extracts. -Methoxy- -cresol (52.9%) was the main component in its water extract. The antimicrobial activity of EO and the solvent extracts of were screened against 9microorganisms. EO showed the best activity against , with 79.5 µg/mL MIC value. The -hexane, methanol, and water extracts were the most active against the within the range of 81.25-125.0 µg/mL (MIC). IC values for the lipase enzyme inhibitory activity of EO and solvent extracts ( -hexane, methanol, and water) were determined to be 59.87 µg/mL, 64.03 µg/mL, 101.91 µg/mL, and 121.24 µg/mL, respectively.
采用气相色谱 - 火焰离子化检测器/质谱联用(GC - FID/MS)对新鲜的[具体植物亚种名称]([具体植物名称])亚种中获得的精油(EO)、固相微萃取(SPME)以及溶剂提取物(正己烷、甲醇和水)的挥发性成分进行了分析。[具体植物名称]亚种的EO中有11种化合物,含量占99.97%;己醛(37.01%)、2 -([具体结构])-己烯醛(23.19%)和壬醛(19.05%)被发现是主要成分。对新鲜植物和[具体植物名称]亚种的溶剂提取物进行的SPME GC - FID/MS分析显示,在99.7%至99.9%的范围内分别有7种、12种、7种和4种化合物。柠檬烯(76.5%、41.7%和61.3%)是正己烷和甲醇提取物的SPME中的主要化合物。4 - 甲氧基 - 2 - 甲酚(52.9%)是其水提取物中的主要成分。对[具体植物名称]亚种的EO和溶剂提取物针对9种微生物进行了抗菌活性筛选。EO对[具体微生物名称]表现出最佳活性,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值为79.5 μg/mL。正己烷、甲醇和水提取物对[具体微生物名称]的活性最强,MIC在81.25 - 125.0 μg/mL范围内。测定了EO和溶剂提取物(正己烷、甲醇和水)对脂肪酶的抑制活性的半数抑制浓度(IC)值,分别为59.87 μg/mL、64.03 μg/mL、101.91 μg/mL和121.24 μg/mL。
