Abstract
The complete mitochondrial genome of the Lake Baikal sponge was sequenced. The circular mitochondrial genome is 28,327 bp in length and includes 14 protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes and 25 transfer RNA genes. Bayesian comparative analysis of molecular evolution rates was found no acceleration of the mtDNA evolution of . This species clustered with other species of the genus on the Bayesian tree.

对贝加尔湖海绵的完整线粒体基因组进行了测序。环状线粒体基因组长度为28,327 bp，包含14个蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA基因和25个转运RNA基因。贝叶斯分子进化速率比较分析发现该物种的线粒体DNA进化没有加速。在贝叶斯树上，该物种与该属的其他物种聚类在一起。
