We report a case of hypnogenic paroxysmal dystonia (HPD), diagnosed on the basis of typical clinical and neurophysiological criteria. Dose dependent and long-lasting well-being of the patient was obtained with carbamazepine (CBZ) treatment.
我们报告一例催眠性阵发性肌张力障碍(HPD),根据典型的临床和神经生理学标准确诊。卡马西平(CBZ)治疗使患者获得了剂量依赖性且持久的良好状态。
