Two complete mitochondrial genome sequences of ship sturgeon from the Caspian Sea and from Balkhash Lake (introduced from the Aral Sea during the last century) were determined by PCR-based sequencing method. The whole mitogenome sequences have been deposited in GenBank under accession numbers KU321568 and KU321569.
采用基于聚合酶链式反应（PCR）的测序方法，测定了来自里海以及巴尔喀什湖（上个世纪从咸海引入）的两种船鲟的完整线粒体基因组序列。完整的线粒体基因组序列已存入GenBank，登录号分别为KU321568和KU321569。
