To explore the correlations of radiomic features of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) with microvessel density (MVD) in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), based on single-input and dual-input two-compartment extended Tofts (SITET and DITET) models.
We compared the quantitative parameters of SITET and DITET models for DCE-MRI in 30 patients with HCC using paired sample -tests. The correlations of SITET and DITET model parameters with CD31-MVD and CD34-MVD were analyzed using Pearson's correlation analysis. A diagnostic model of CD34-MVD was established and the diagnostic abilities of models for MVD were analyzed using receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) analysis.
There were significant differences between the quantitative parameters in the two kinds of models. Compared with SITET, DITET parameters showed better correlations with CD31-MVD and CD34-MVD. The K and Ve radiomics features of the DITET model showed high efficiency for predicting the level of CD34-MVD according to ROC analysis, with areas under curves of 0.83 and 0.94, respectively.
Compared with SITET, the DITET model provides a better indication of the microcirculation of HCC and is thus more suitable for examining patients with HCC.

采用配对样本 t 检验比较 30 例 HCC 患者 DCE-MRI 的 SITET 和 DITET 模型的定量参数。采用 Pearson 相关分析分析 SITET 和 DITET 模型参数与 CD31-MVD 和 CD34-MVD 的相关性。建立 CD34-MVD 的诊断模型,采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析评估模型对 MVD 的诊断能力。
两种模型的定量参数存在显著差异。与 SITET 相比,DITET 参数与 CD31-MVD 和 CD34-MVD 具有更好的相关性。DITET 模型的 K 和 Ve 放射组学特征根据 ROC 分析显示出预测 CD34-MVD 水平的高效性,曲线下面积分别为 0.83 和 0.94。
与 SITET 相比,DITET 模型能更好地提示 HCC 的微循环情况,因此更适合用于检查 HCC 患者。
