Abstract

is a species with great ornamental value and endemic to China. Here, the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of was assembled based on the Illumina reads. The cp genome is 157,915 bp in length, which contains two inverted repeat regions (26,415 bp) separated by the small single copy (19,119 bp) and the large single copy (85,966 bp) regions. The plastome contains 131 genes, and the overall GC content is 36.7%. Complete chloroplast genome of is of great significance to rebuilt the phylogeny of .

是一种具有很高观赏价值且中国特有的物种。在此,基于Illumina测序 reads 组装了该物种的完整叶绿体(cp)基因组。该cp基因组长度为157,915 bp,包含两个反向重复区域(26,415 bp),由小单拷贝区域(19,119 bp)和大单拷贝区域(85,966 bp)隔开。该质体基因组包含131个基因,总体GC含量为36.7%。该物种的完整叶绿体基因组对于重建其系统发育具有重要意义。
