Abstract
A case of gonococcal urethritis with bilateral tysonitis is presented. Results of gram's stain and positive culture for Neisseria gonorrhoeae confirmed the diagnosis. The patient was treated successfully with aqueous procaine penicillin with probenecid followed by oral ampicillin for ten days.

本文报告一例伴有双侧泰森腺炎的淋菌性尿道炎病例。革兰氏染色结果及淋病奈瑟菌培养阳性确诊了该病例。患者先接受普鲁卡因青霉素水剂加丙磺舒治疗，随后口服氨苄西林治疗十天，治疗成功。
