Abstract
Leptospirosis is a zoonosis caused by the spirochete . Most cases of leptospirosis are mild to moderate and self-limited. The course of disease, however, may be complicated by multiorgan dysfunction with liver and kidney failure causing Weil's disease. Leptospirosis is also rare among HIV-infected patients. We report a case of an HIV-infected patient with Weil's disease.
摘要
钩端螺旋体病是一种由螺旋体引起的人畜共患病。大多数钩端螺旋体病病例为轻度至中度，且具有自限性。然而，疾病进程可能会因多器官功能障碍并伴有肝肾功能衰竭而引发韦尔氏病。钩端螺旋体病在HIV感染患者中也较为罕见。我们报告一例患有韦尔氏病的HIV感染患者。
