Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (pNENs) are highly heterogeneous, and the management of pNENs patients can be intractable. To address this challenge, an expert committee was established on behalf of the Group of Pancreatic Surgery, Chinese Society of Surgery, Chinese Medical Association, which consisted of surgical oncologists, gastroenterologists, medical oncologists, endocrinologists, radiologists, pathologists, and nuclear medicine specialists. By reviewing the important issues regarding the diagnosis and treatment of pNENs, the committee concluded evidence-based statements and recommendations in this article, in order to further improve the management of pNENs patients in China.
胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤（pNENs）具有高度异质性，pNENs患者的管理可能很棘手。为应对这一挑战，代表中华医学会外科学分会胰腺外科学组成立了一个专家委员会，其成员包括外科肿瘤学家、胃肠病学家、医学肿瘤学家、内分泌学家、放射科医生、病理学家和核医学专家。通过回顾pNENs诊断和治疗的重要问题，委员会在本文中总结了基于证据的陈述和建议，以进一步改善中国pNENs患者的管理。
