A rare case of primary carcinoid in a benign cystic ovarian teratoma is reported. The age of the patient was 39 years. There was no carcinoid syndrome. The primary carcinoid should be differentiated from metastatic carcinoid inside the ovary, which is nearly always bilateral.
报告了1例发生于良性卵巢囊性畸胎瘤中的原发性类癌罕见病例。患者年龄为39岁，无类癌综合征。原发性类癌应与卵巢内的转移性类癌相鉴别，后者几乎总是双侧性的。
