Abstract
Antioxidant activity was measured in cord sera from 25 infants whose birth weights ranged from 830 to 3700 g. Antioxidant activity showed a significant positive association with birth weight. Deficiency in serum antioxidant activity may be important in the pathogenesis of certain neonatal disorders such as retinopathy of prematurity.
摘要
对出生体重在830至3700克之间的25名婴儿的脐带血清进行了抗氧化活性测定。抗氧化活性与出生体重呈显著正相关。血清抗氧化活性缺乏在某些新生儿疾病如早产儿视网膜病变的发病机制中可能起重要作用。
