Abstract
Chorea is a rare manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). In this report the clinical features of two cases of chorea associated with SLE are presented. Of special interest were the raised titres of antiphospholipid antibodies in both cases. The possible pathogenic role of these antibodies is briefly discussed.

舞蹈病是系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的一种罕见表现。本报告介绍了两例与SLE相关的舞蹈病的临床特征。特别值得关注的是，两例患者的抗磷脂抗体滴度均升高。本文简要讨论了这些抗体可能的致病作用。
