Abstract

The compounds (17,20,22,24,25)-5β,6β:20,24-diep-oxy-4β,25-dihy-droxy-1-oxowith-2-en-26,22-olide and (20,22)-5α,14α,20-Trihy-droxy-1-oxo-6α,7α-ep-oxy-witha-2-enolide were isolated from a chloro-form extract of the aerial parts of L. (Solanaceae). Two products were isolated from the chromatographic separation extract. Compound corresponds to physangulide B chloro-form monosolvate, CHO·CHCl, while compound is 14α-hy-droxy-ixocarpanolide, CHO. In the two mol-ecular structures, the conformation of the steroid part (rings , , , ) does not differ. In both crystals, mol-ecules are linked by inter-molecular O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds along the axis direction and form a two-dimensional network parallel to the plane. The absolute configuration was determined from X-ray diffraction data.

从茄科酸浆属植物地上部分的氯仿提取物中分离出化合物(17,20,22,24,25)-5β,6β:20,24-二环氧-4β,25-二羟基-1-氧代-威-2-烯-26,22-内酯和(20,22)-5α,14α,20-三羟基-1-氧代-6α,7α-环氧-威-2-烯醇内酯。从色谱分离提取物中分离出两种产物。化合物对应于酸浆内酯B氯仿单溶剂合物,C₂₉H₃₈O₉·CHCl₃,而化合物是14α-羟基异辣椒内酯,C₂₀H₂₄O₅。在这两种分子结构中,甾体部分(环A、B、C、D)的构象没有差异。在这两种晶体中,分子沿c轴方向通过分子间O-H⋯O氢键相连,并形成平行于ab平面的二维网络。绝对构型由X射线衍射数据确定。
