Abstract

We present the case of a symptomatic young woman with mitral stenosis and regurgitation due to a congenital mitral arcade. Multimodality imaging with echocardiography and computed tomography were used for diagnosis and surgical planning. The patient underwent successful bioprosthetic valve replacement. ().
