Abstract
Clinical, bacteriological, serum and immunochemical experiments were carried out on rams, infected with Br. ovis. The most advisable for the discovery of infectious rams proved to be the immunochemical research on the seminal plasma. The demonstration of immunoglobulin fractions in the seminal plasma of rams of the infected group permits to find out the rams, detaching Br. ovis, without treating the animals with the abortive form of the infection.

对感染绵羊布鲁氏菌的公羊进行了临床、细菌学、血清学和免疫化学实验。事实证明，对于发现感染公羊，最可取的方法是对精浆进行免疫化学研究。通过检测感染组公羊精浆中的免疫球蛋白组分，可以找出排出绵羊布鲁氏菌的公羊，而无需用感染的流产形式对动物进行处理。
