Abstract

The history of antenatal diagnosis of congenital cardiac defects using ultrasound is briefly reviewed. A series of 277 pregnancies were prospectively examined; 203 were normal and 19 diagnosis of congenital heart disease were made. A correct diagnosis of the anomaly was made in 14 cases and the diagnosis was partially correct in 4 cases. There was 1 false-positive.

本文简要回顾了利用超声进行先天性心脏缺陷产前诊断的历史。前瞻性检查了277例妊娠；其中203例正常，19例诊断为先天性心脏病。14例对异常做出了正确诊断，4例诊断部分正确。有1例假阳性。
