BACKGROUND
To determine the effect of lockdown measures on lung transplant patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.
SUBJECTS AND METHODS
We collected data from Croatian lung transplant patients before and after the lockdown and analyzed changes in weight, BMI, lung function and blood lipid status.
RESULTS
An average increase of 3.74 kg (+4.92%) body weight during the 4 month lockdown period was observed. Lung function values and blood lipid status remained stable.
CONCLUSION
Such weight gain could have detrimental effects on the morbidity and mortality of lung transplant patients. Further follow up is needed to determine the long term impacts of this observation.

为了确定 COVID-19 大流行期间封锁措施对肺移植患者的影响。
研究对象和方法
我们收集了克罗地亚肺移植患者在封锁前后的数据，并分析了体重、BMI、肺功能和血脂状况的变化。
结果
在 4 个月的封锁期间，平均体重增加了 3.74 公斤（+4.92%）。肺功能值和血脂状况保持稳定。
结论
这种体重增加可能对肺移植患者的发病率和死亡率产生不利影响。需要进一步随访以确定这一观察结果的长期影响。
