320 blood donors from Bremen have been typed for HLA-A-, B- and C-antigens. Phenotype and gene frequencies were calculated and compared with data from Kiel, Hamburg, Essen, Frankfurt/M., Mainz, Mannheim, Freiburg/Br., Munich and Vienna. The Bremen data do not differ significantly from these samples. This is also true for the HLA-ABC linkage disequilibrium.
