A clamp-like triplex switch (CTS) able to simultaneously downregulate an overexpressed onco-miRNA and replenish the lost tumor-suppressive miRNA in a controllable manner was developed for enhanced gene therapy. Compared to the "unidirectional" regulation approach, the CTS displayed improved anti-tumor efficacy and was harmless to healthy cells.
开发了一种夹式三联体开关(CTS),能够以可控的方式同时下调过表达的致癌 miRNA 并补充丢失的肿瘤抑制 miRNA,以增强基因治疗效果。与“单向”调控方法相比,CTS 显示出更好的抗肿瘤疗效,并且对健康细胞无害。
