Possible side effects of the retinoids etretinate and isotretinoin on the germinal epithelium were examined. 15 men received etretinate and 13 isotretinoin. After 16 weeks of treatment at therapeutic doses, no changes were observed in fundamental spermatological parameters. On the basis of examinations and data in the literature, we hold the opinion that retinoid treatment is to be considered safe from the andrological viewpoint.
研究了维甲酸类药物依曲替酯和异维甲酸对生精上皮的可能副作用。15名男性接受了依曲替酯治疗，13名男性接受了异维甲酸治疗。在以治疗剂量治疗16周后，基本的精液学参数未观察到变化。基于检查结果和文献数据，我们认为从男科学角度来看，维甲酸类药物治疗是安全的。
