Abstract

A case of cutaneous infection in a patient with Sjogren's syndrome (SS) was misdiagnosed as sporotrichosis. A 56-year-old female patient was admitted to another hospital. Based on results of the histopathological examination and secretion culture obtained at the other hospital, the patient was diagnosed with sporotrichosis and received antifungal therapy. After treatment failure, the patient was admitted to our hospital, and a histopathological examination and secretion culture were performed again. The secretion culture revealed the presence of . The antinuclear antibody test suggested SS, and the patient was treated with antibiotics and corticosteroids.

摘要

一名干燥综合征（SS）患者的皮肤感染曾被误诊为孢子丝菌病。一名56岁女性患者入住另一家医院。根据该医院的组织病理学检查结果和分泌物培养结果，该患者被诊断为孢子丝菌病并接受了抗真菌治疗。治疗失败后，患者转入我院，再次进行了组织病理学检查和分泌物培养。分泌物培养显示存在……抗核抗体检测提示为干燥综合征，该患者接受了抗生素和糖皮质激素治疗。
