Tinnitus has been reported with use of piroxicam (Feldene) a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Two cases of temporary hearing loss have also been reported. To the best of our knowledge the patient reported herein represents the first case of permanent hearing loss and tinnitus associated with use of the drug.
据报道，使用非甾体抗炎药吡罗昔康（费啶）会出现耳鸣。也有两例暂时性听力损失的报告。据我们所知，本文报告的患者是首例与使用该药物相关的永久性听力损失和耳鸣病例。
