Abstract

Two new polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinols (PPAPs), hyperbeanins P-Q (), and two new biosynthetic precursors, hyperbeanins R-S (), were isolated from , together with three known analogs (). Compound was one of type A PPAPs featured with unusual bicyclo[5.3.1]hendecane core. The structures of isolates were established by NMR spectroscopic methods, experimental electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra and comparisons with known compounds. Compounds and showed obvious hepatoprotective activity at 10 µM against paracetamol-induced HepG2 cell damage.

从 Hypericum perforatum 中分离得到了两种新的多环多聚异戊烯基酰基间苯三酚(PPAPs),即 hyperbeanin P-Q(),以及两种新的生物合成前体,hyperbeanin R-S(),同时还分离得到了三种已知的类似物()。化合物 是具有不寻常的双环[5.3.1]十一烷核的 A 型 PPAPs 之一。通过 NMR 光谱方法、实验电子圆二色性(ECD)光谱和与已知化合物的比较,确定了这些化合物的结构。化合物 和 对乙酰氨基酚诱导的 HepG2 细胞损伤具有明显的保肝活性,在 10 μM 时作用明显。
