The dynamics of the main characteristics of humoral immunity in patients with subacute brucellosis, receiving levamisole and placebo, has been studied. Levamisole produced an immunomodulating effect manifested by an increase in the number of B-lymphocytes and a drop in the level of circulating immune complexes. Levamisole did not essentially influence the content of serum immunoglobulins and specific antibodies.
对接受左旋咪唑和安慰剂的亚急性布鲁氏菌病患者体液免疫主要特征的动态变化进行了研究。左旋咪唑产生了免疫调节作用，表现为B淋巴细胞数量增加和循环免疫复合物水平下降。左旋咪唑对血清免疫球蛋白和特异性抗体的含量基本没有影响。
