Abstract

Lymphocyte subpopulations were studied in 38 patients with vitiligo and in 44 controls. No significant differences in the results of several immunological examinations (E-RFC, EAC-RFC, EA-RFC, IF, IF-elution) came to light results suggest that the lymphocytes are probably not implied in the pathogenesisof vitiligo.

摘要

对38例白癜风患者和44例对照者的淋巴细胞亚群进行了研究。几项免疫学检查(E-玫瑰花结试验、EAC-玫瑰花结试验、EA-玫瑰花结试验、免疫荧光、免疫荧光洗脱)结果未发现显著差异,结果表明淋巴细胞可能未参与白癜风的发病机制。
