The bacterium " Hydrogenosomobacter endosymbioticus" is an intracellular symbiont of anaerobic scuticociliate GW7, which is associated with hydrogenosome together with methanogenic archaea. Here, we report a complete genome sequence of the symbiont consisting of 827 kbp. Knowing this sequence would contribute to the understanding of the metabolic interactions and evolution of the tripartite symbiosis.
“内共生氢质体杆菌”是厌氧盾纤毛虫GW7的一种细胞内共生体,它与产甲烷古菌一起与氢化酶体相关联。在此,我们报告了该共生体由827千碱基对组成的完整基因组序列。了解这一序列将有助于理解三方共生关系的代谢相互作用和进化。
