Abstract

Species of genus previously reported in China are mainly distributed in the northeast, northwest and southwest regions of China, but the species diversity of in north China is not very clear. In this study, newly collected specimens from northern China and some herbarium specimens deposited in three important Chinese fungus herbaria (HMAS, HKAS, HMJAU) were studied using morphological and phylogenetic methods. The internal transcribed spacers of the nrDNA (ITS), the nrRNA 28S subunit (nrLSU), the translation elongation factor 1-alpha (), and the second largest subunit of RNA polymerase II (), were employed to elucidate the phylogenetic relationships between species. Results identified 16 species of , of which seven new species are described, namely , , , , , and . and are synonymized as . Two species, and , are being reported for the first time in China. The occurrence of , and are confirmed by molecular data in China.

此前在中国报道过的该属物种主要分布于中国的东北、西北和西南地区,但华北地区该属的物种多样性尚不清楚。在本研究中,运用形态学和系统发育学方法,对新采集的来自中国北方的该属标本以及保存在中国三个重要真菌标本馆(HMAS、HKAS、HMJAU)中的一些馆藏标本进行了研究。采用nrDNA的内部转录间隔区(ITS)、nrRNA 28S亚基(nrLSU)、翻译延伸因子1-α(TEF1-α)以及RNA聚合酶II的第二大亚基(RPB2)来阐明该属物种之间的系统发育关系。结果鉴定出该属16个物种,其中描述了7个新物种,即[新物种名称1]、[新物种名称2]、[新物种名称3]、[新物种名称4]、[新物种名称5]、[新物种名称6]和[新物种名称7]。[物种名称1]和[物种名称2]被归为同义名[同义名物种名称]。两个物种[物种名称3]和[物种名称4]在中国首次被报道。[物种名称5]、[物种名称6]和[物种名称7]在中国的存在通过分子数据得到了证实。
