Abstract

Two new sesquiterpenoids ( and ), one new natural product (), and two known compounds ( and ) were isolated from the leaves of . Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, and the absolute configuration of compound was determined by the X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. The cytotoxicity of compounds was evaluated at three concentrations on two human breast cancer cell lines (MDA-MB-468 and MDA-MB-231) by MTT assay. As a result, we found that the cytotoxicity was weak even with a concentration of these compounds up to 100 μM.
