Materials capable of releasing reactive oxygen species (ROS) can display antibacterial and anticancer activity, and may also have anti-oxidant capacity if they suppress intracellular ROS ( nitric oxide, NO) resulting in anti-inflammatory activity. Herein we report silver phosphate (AgPO)/polyindole (Pln) nanocomposites which display antibacterial, anticancer and anti-inflammatory activity, and have therefore potential for a variety of biomedical applications.
能够释放活性氧(ROS)的材料可表现出抗菌和抗癌活性,并且如果它们抑制细胞内ROS(一氧化氮,NO)从而产生抗炎活性,还可能具有抗氧化能力。在此,我们报道了磷酸银(AgPO)/聚吲哚(Pln)纳米复合材料,其具有抗菌、抗癌和抗炎活性,因此在多种生物医学应用中具有潜力。
