A simple and original efficient synthesis of 3-amino-1-isochromene bearing a bromine atom at the C-1 position a 6-endo-cyclization approach from generated -ynamidyl het(aryl) aldehyde derivatives is achieved under mild reaction conditions and with good yields. Original -ynamidyl benzaldehyde compounds were also successfully obtained.
通过一种简单且新颖的高效合成方法,在温和的反应条件下以良好的产率实现了从生成的炔酰胺基杂(芳基)醛衍生物出发,采用6-内型环化方法合成在C-1位带有溴原子的3-氨基-1-异苯并呋喃酮。还成功获得了新颖的炔酰胺基苯甲醛化合物。
