Abstract

Site-selective synthesis of C-7 arylated indolines has been achieved oxidative arylation of indolines with arylsilanes under Rh(iii)-catalyzed C-H activation of indolines by using CuSO as a co-oxidant. This transformation has been explored for a wide range of substrates under mild conditions.

摘要

通过使用硫酸铜作为共氧化剂,在铑(III)催化的吲哚啉C-H活化反应中,实现了吲哚啉与芳基硅烷的氧化芳基化反应,从而实现了C-7芳基化吲哚啉的位点选择性合成。在温和条件下,已对多种底物进行了这种转化反应的探索。
