Abstract

Densely substituted amino-functionalized benzofurans were concisely accessed the first one-pot domino oxidation/[3+2] cyclization of a hydroquinone ester and easily accessible ynamides under mild conditions in a short time. The complex benzofurans were able to be efficiently synthesized all from simple and inexpensive starting materials in two steps.

通过对苯二酚酯与易于获得的烯酰胺在温和条件下进行首次一锅多米诺氧化/[3+2]环化反应,在短时间内简洁地获得了高度取代的氨基官能化苯并呋喃。复杂的苯并呋喃能够以简单且廉价的起始原料通过两步高效合成。
