A novel and efficient copper-catalyzed synthesis of dihydro-6-indolo[2,3-]quinoline derivatives has been developed by using 3-alkyl-1-alkylindolin-2-imine hydrochlorides as the building blocks. Furthermore, easy reduction of dihydro-6-indolo[2,3-]quinolines with diisobutylaluminum hydride provided tetrahydro-6-indolo[2,3-]quinoline derivatives in excellent yields. The present method shows some advantages including use of cheap cuprous chloride as the catalyst and tolerance of wide functional groups.
通过使用3-烷基-1-烷基吲哚啉-2-亚胺盐酸盐作为起始原料,开发了一种新颖且高效的铜催化合成二氢-6-吲哚并[2,3-]喹啉衍生物的方法。此外,用二异丁基氢化铝轻松还原二氢-6-吲哚并[2,3-]喹啉可得到产率优异的四氢-6-吲哚并[2,3-]喹啉衍生物。本方法具有一些优点,包括使用廉价的氯化亚铜作为催化剂以及对广泛官能团的耐受性。
