In the present study, an enzyme-less amperometric sensor based on Nafion (NF) and a LaNiO (LNO) nanocomposite was constructed for HO detection. LNO from the perovskite group was mixed with NF as an effective solubilizing and stabilizing agent that was used as a novel modifier for modification of the glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The designed sensor showed a desirable electrocatalytic response toward HO reduction. The calibration curve revealed two linear portions in the concentration ranges of 0.2-50 μM and 50-3240 μM, and the detection limit was 0.035 μM. The accuracy of the interference-free sensor was checked by recovery analysis in serum samples.
在本研究中,构建了一种基于Nafion(NF)和LaNiO(LNO)纳米复合材料的无酶安培传感器用于过氧化氢(HO)检测。来自钙钛矿族的LNO与NF混合,作为一种有效的增溶剂和稳定剂,用作修饰玻碳电极(GCE)的新型修饰剂。所设计的传感器对HO还原表现出理想的电催化响应。校准曲线在0.2 - 50 μM和50 - 3240 μM的浓度范围内显示出两个线性部分,检测限为0.035 μM。通过血清样品中的回收率分析检查了无干扰传感器的准确性。
