Abstract

A new method for the preparation of 2,2-disubstituted indolines from 2-phenylethylamines was developed under Pd catalysis and PhI(OAc) as oxidant. Imines derived from 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde were formed to direct a C-H activation process. The resulting imines were also oxidized to the corresponding amides in the same Pd-catalyzed process to obtain the final indoline as a picolinamide.

在钯催化及以醋酸碘苯作为氧化剂的条件下,开发了一种由2-苯乙胺制备2,2-二取代吲哚啉的新方法。由2-吡啶甲醛衍生的亚胺形成后引导碳-氢键活化过程。在同一钯催化过程中,生成的亚胺还被氧化为相应的酰胺,以得到作为吡啶甲酰胺的最终吲哚啉。
