Abstract

We herein report the functionalization of α-C-H in alcohols through cross-dehydrogenative coupling reactions. Selectfluor was used as a mild oxidant. -generated HF participated in the reaction and no external strong acid was necessary. A variety of heteroaryl-substituted alcohols were achieved with good yields and with good functional group tolerance.

我们在此报道了通过交叉脱氢偶联反应实现醇类中α-C-H的官能团化。Selectfluor被用作温和的氧化剂。生成的HF参与反应,无需外加强酸。多种杂芳基取代的醇以良好的产率和良好的官能团耐受性得以实现。
