The oxidation of Hantzsch ester by a pyrylium cation takes place electron-proton-electron transfer. The reaction was investigated with EPR spectroscopy using TEMPO and DMPO for inhibition and spin trapping, respectively, of the radicals appearing during the reaction. The present in-depth EPR study of the radical reactions of a NADH analogue indicate a complex electron transfer mechanism in the title reaction.
吡喃鎓阳离子对汉茨希酯的氧化通过电子-质子-电子转移进行。分别使用 TEMPO 和 DMPO 通过电子顺磁共振光谱法对该反应进行研究,以抑制和自旋捕获反应过程中出现的自由基。目前对 NADH 类似物自由基反应的深入电子顺磁共振研究表明,标题反应中存在复杂的电子转移机制。
