OBJECTIVE
To report a case and review published cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the ovary.
CASE REPORT
A 30-year-old female presented with abdominal fullness. Abdominal CT revealed bilateral huge ovarian masses with moderate amount of ascites. Explore laparotomy was performed and the frozen section of right ovarian mass reported to be malignant lymphoma. The final diagnosis was Ann Arbor stage IV diffuse large B cell lymphoma. The patient received six cycles of chemotherapy with RCHOP regimen. She achieved complete remission after the treatment, and there's no evidence of recurrence after 12 months follow up.
CONCLUSION
Ovarian lymphoma is a rare condition. It could present with findings mimicking ovarian cancer. Chemotherapy is the main treatment option and cytoreductive surgery should be avoided.
目的
报告 1 例卵巢非霍奇金淋巴瘤，并复习相关文献。
病例报告
1 例 30 岁女性，因腹胀就诊。腹部 CT 显示双侧巨大卵巢肿物，伴中等量腹水。行剖腹探查术，右卵巢肿物冷冻切片报告为恶性淋巴瘤。最终诊断为安阿伯分期 IV 期弥漫性大 B 细胞淋巴瘤。患者接受了 6 个周期的 RCHOP 方案化疗。治疗后达到完全缓解，随访 12 个月无复发迹象。
结论
卵巢淋巴瘤少见，表现类似卵巢癌。化疗是主要治疗手段，应避免肿瘤细胞减灭术。
