The paper is concerned with the results of investigation of water-electrolyte equilibrium in 72 patients with liver cirrhosis. Regulatory disorder of the stability of volume of intravascular liquid was shown manifesting itself in a loss of ability to react by raising the natriuretic factor (NUF) production and enhancement of natriuresis in response an increase in liquid volume. A conclusion was made of decrease in NUF production playing a certain role in the genesis of sodium retention in patients with liver cirrhosis.
本文关注72例肝硬化患者水电解质平衡的调查结果。研究表明,血管内液体量稳定性的调节紊乱表现为,通过提高利钠因子(NUF)的产生及增加液体量时增强利钠作用来做出反应的能力丧失。得出的结论是,NUF产生减少在肝硬化患者钠潴留的发生中起一定作用。
