[Effect of nootropil on oxidative phosphorylation in the brain of rats with ischemic myocardial necrosis].

In experiments on rats the formation of ischemic myocardial necrosis was shown to be followed by dissociation of the processes of oxidation and phosphorylation in mitochondria of the cerebral hemispheres. Administration of nootropil to the animals in the acute period prevented the occurrence of these disturbances.
