To probe into the clinical efficacy of tripterygium wilfordii glycoside (TWGs) tablets combined with acitretin capsules in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (MSPP).
Thirty-six patients with MSPP were collected and divided into three groups, namely, group A ( = 12, TWG tablets + acitretin capsules), group B ( = 12, compound glycyrrhizin capsules + acitretin capsules), and group C ( = 12, acitretin capsules). The general data of the patients was recorded. In addition, a comparison was made before treatment, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment in terms of the clinical efficacy, liver function indicators (alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), and creatinine), psoriasis area, and severity index (PASI) scores. The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment and the recurrence rate during two months of follow-up was statistically analyzed.
The therapeutic effect of group A was superior to the other two groups, with obviously more satisfactory results of serum parameters, clinical efficacy and PASI score, and incidence of adverse reactions.
TWGs combined with acitretin had better therapeutic effects and higher safety in the treatment of MSPP.
探讨雷公藤多苷片（TWGs）联合阿维A胶囊治疗中重度斑块状银屑病（MSPP）患者的临床疗效。
收集36例MSPP患者并分为三组，即A组（n = 12，雷公藤多苷片 + 阿维A胶囊）、B组（n = 12，复方甘草酸苷胶囊 + 阿维A胶囊）和C组（n = 12，阿维A胶囊）。记录患者的一般资料。此外，在治疗前、治疗4周和8周后比较临床疗效、肝功能指标（丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）和肌酐）、银屑病面积和严重程度指数（PASI）评分。对治疗后不良反应的发生率和随访2个月期间的复发率进行统计学分析。
A组的治疗效果优于其他两组，血清参数、临床疗效和PASI评分以及不良反应发生率的结果明显更令人满意。
雷公藤多苷联合阿维A治疗MSPP具有更好的治疗效果和更高的安全性。
