Abstract

The draft whole-genome sequence of the extremely acidophilic and novel strain SAB is reported. The genome comprises 3.3 Mbp and has a GC content of 43.72%. In total, 3,240 protein-coding genes, 56 tRNA genes, and 11 rRNA genes were predicted.

报道了极端嗜酸新菌株SAB的全基因组序列草图。该基因组由330万个碱基对组成,GC含量为43.72%。总共预测出3240个蛋白质编码基因、56个tRNA基因和11个rRNA基因。
