Co-infection of (MTB) and with erythema on the face is rare. A familiar red spot on the face can easily lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Untreated lupus vulgaris (LV) can form scar tissue. And the fungal infection that cannot be diagnosed and treated timely can also lead to failure of LV treatment, resulting in facial scarring, disfigurement, and psychological stress. In this study, we reported a case of a 58-year-old immunocompetent female co-infected with MTB and on her face. After anti-tuberculous and anti-fungal therapy, she recovered with no scar on her face.
结核分枝杆菌(MTB)与[此处原文缺失某种病菌名称]合并感染且面部出现红斑的情况较为罕见。面部常见的红斑很容易导致漏诊和误诊。未经治疗的寻常狼疮(LV)会形成瘢痕组织。而未能及时诊断和治疗的真菌感染也会导致LV治疗失败,进而造成面部瘢痕、毁容以及心理压力。在本研究中,我们报告了一例58岁免疫功能正常的女性面部同时感染MTB和[此处原文缺失某种病菌名称]的病例。经过抗结核和抗真菌治疗后,她康复且面部无瘢痕。
