Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To explore the application value of nurse stratified management in nursing management.

METHODS

One hundred nurses who worked in our hospital from June 2019 to September 2021 were recruited and assigned via the random number table method to an observation group ( = 50) and the control group ( = 50). The control group received routine nursing management, and the experimental group received stratified nursing management. The nursing quality, practice happiness, error rate, patient complaint, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.

RESULTS

The experimental group showed a significantly higher nursing quality than the control group ( < 0.05). The experimental group had significantly higher practice happiness among nurses than the control group ( < 0.05). Stratified nursing management mode resulted in a significantly lower error rate and patient complaint versus routine nursing management mode ( < 0.05). Patients were more satisfied with stratified nursing management than with the routine nursing management ( < 0.05).

CONCLUSION

The nurse stratified management method effectively improves the nursing quality and practice happiness of nurses, reduces the error rate of nursing and patient complaint, and increases nursing satisfaction.

目的

探讨护士分层管理在护理管理中的应用价值。

方法

选取2019年6月至2021年9月在我院工作的100名护士,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n = 50)和对照组(n = 50)。对照组采用常规护理管理,试验组采用分层护理管理。比较两组的护理质量、执业幸福感、差错率、患者投诉及患者满意度。

结果

试验组的护理质量显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。试验组护士的执业幸福感显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。与常规护理管理模式相比,分层护理管理模式导致差错率和患者投诉显著降低(P < 0.05)。患者对分层护理管理的满意度高于常规护理管理(P < 0.05)。

结论

护士分层管理方法有效提高了护士的护理质量和执业幸福感,降低了护理差错率和患者投诉,提高了护理满意度。
