Abstract

The effect of B-activin secreted by bone-marrow cells in response to the expression of antigen-recognizing receptors at the peak of immune response to SRBC was studied. A negative correlation between the number of immune RFC and antibody-producing cells under the influence of B-activin was established. It was shown that the decrease in the number of immune RFC was the result of precommitted B-lymphocyte maturation into plasmatic cells.

摘要

研究了骨髓细胞分泌的B-激活素在对SRBC免疫反应高峰期对抗抗原识别受体表达的影响。在B-激活素的影响下，免疫反应性红细胞形成细胞（immune RFC）数量与抗体产生细胞数量之间建立了负相关关系。结果表明，免疫反应性红细胞形成细胞数量的减少是预先定向的B淋巴细胞成熟为浆细胞的结果。
